getting kicked out of our studio

just received the news from our landlord that our lease will be officially terminated at the end of June

it’s so sad because our original lease was up till October and I genuinely thought we had till then to go look for a new space

also i feel like i just got my bearings with the space and only recently started getting used to creating there - and i literally just moved my grandma’s old sewing machine there as well sigh

guess nothing lasts forever but i’m also contemplating getting a space on my own, in a place surrounded by creatives but i have my own private area - haven’t managed a suitable space yet (esp in this economy sigh)

but out of all this i’m feeling hopeful still - i’m more sure of how I want to use a space now and i honestly might move in to one on my own, since my priorities might not align with my current roommates any longer, but we’ll see what happens
