book binding bootcamp

a 2-day binding bootcamp for Syafiq Halid's press kit that was initially intended to be done by 20th May 2026, turned to a 4-day binding adventure hahaha

the station setups: one for assembly, one for cutting, one for punching holes then stitching the content to the covers

Although this dragged through a whole week I genuinely enjoyed this entire process of working - especially since most of the time I was in flow state and not being tired looking at time (which is also something interesting I learned about myself)

I also really enjoyed the company of working with friends, it felt like we were all making pastas together till the sun came up - probably one of the most memorable moments i've ever had

I did also learn alot about binding of course, the type of stitches and the types of cuts to make before stitching, page layouts and etc.
Really cute week although it was a little physically tiring, but also fun to experience being in flow and getting lost in time a little bit.
